Yvonne Wang Design Studio is a full service design studio, specializing in residential interior design, and select commercial projects.
We prioritize lived-in comfort, layered with meaningful and thoughtful personalization. The creative process at Yvonne Wang Design Studio is organic , with each project unique and tailored to the way her clients live and how they want their spaces to hold them. We move fluidly between styles with the belief that contemporary design can honor heritage and historic homes can be modernized in a mutually respectful, harmonious way to create original expressions that defy categorization.
The Art of Amalgam
01 / BEHIND THE BRANDIn literature, amalgam describes how an author takes disconnected pieces of inspiration and fuses them into one unified story, and we design the same way, gathering influences from different places and eras and weaving them into spaces that defy categorization.
The wishbone chair you’ll find throughout our brand also captures this idea, a Danish design shaped by centuries-old Chinese chair forms, and it’s a reminder that contemporary design can honor heritage.
Meet The Team
Yvonne Wang
PRINCIPLE DESIGNER
Yvonne grew up in beautiful Northern California. Her career began in Marin, CA, where she honed her design skills renovating two private residences, one of which earned her accolades when her renovation sold at the highest price per square feet recorded in all of Marin County. During this time, she pursued her education in Interior Architecture and Design at the University of California, Los Angeles. She resides in Tampa, Florida with her husband and their 2 children.
Fun facts: Yvonne was born in Taipei, Taiwan. Mandarin is her first language. Yvonne holds a BS in Genetics from the University of California, Davis.
Elizabeth
OPERATIONS CORDINATOR
Elizabeth grew up in Winter Haven, Florida, and holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. Her experience spans residential construction, interior design, and project coordination, bringing a unique perspective shaped by the construction industry. As Operations Coordinator, Elizabeth supports projects through both a creative and logistical lens, helping guide the details that bring thoughtful spaces to life.
Outside the studio, Elizabeth is an avid reader, loves a good coffee, and rarely passes up a trip to the thrift store.
